You just give me a webpage showing the "Food and Drug Administration" says that aspartame is not harmful. What the heck else do you think they're going to say? That's a FEDERAL organization...the same group of people that WANT you to be poisoned. Do some more research...ASPARTAME literally alters your brain structure.

You really don't need to take my attempts to inform you as an insult...that's not what I'm trying to do and that's not how I'm trying to come across. I'm attempting to help you maintain your own health, which is apparently of concern to you if you workout and make an effort to know about supplements. Seriously...go do some more research on aspartame and see what you come back with. I guarantee you that you won't like what you find. As a matter of fact I'll go dig up some sources and post them for you.

One word for you...MONSANTO.

I use Vitargo-CGL that I buy from Netrition . You can read about it there but here is a bit of the info that mentions what others have said about transport to the muscles, etc...

Interesting article on the business side of supplement industry.

The guy who invented and marketed Xenadrine is one heck of a slimey guy.

I've taken it all and I'm healthy. Just wouldn't want to be on something constantly for 10 years.

quick question (didnt read all the posts so maybe its been answered)... Are you new to weightlifing, bodybuilding?
Cuz if you are, I say wait to see what kinda results you see without creatine, because if you use creatine for a while and you do get as big as you want (which might not happen) and you stop taking it, your gonna lose A LOT of your mass! Short experience: there was this guy at the YMCA, really good body, nice cuts, nice build, and killer arms! I always thought he was just like that and that he didnt take anything. A couple of months later when i saw him I was like wtf happened to this guy! he lost about half his mass, although he still had defenition and build, he didnt look anything like he did before.
I though about taking creatine for some time too, and i might still take it just for about 2-4weeks. I just want to see what will happen. For now im happy with my results.
BTW if you plan on taking creatine pray for your kidneys theyll be working triple time!
Ive talked to countless people about this and some people highly protest it and others highly praise it. One guy even tried to convince me to take it by saying there are absolutely no side effects! i guess all those studies out there are wrong. Anways if you do decide to take it good luck. Oh yea take a pic of yourself before, (and obviously post it ) and then take a pic of yourself after 2 months of use, again post post post
