did you rub one off and get some in your eye?

Go see a doctor. If S2020 can't figure it out you need to see someone in person. He's an ophthalmologist.

nope, I religiously take them out every night around 9 pm. And I wouldn't have had a pair in my lens case the next morning if I had left them in.

Back from the doctor. She dilated my pupils and checked my eyes with a really bright light. She said it looked as if my retina was swollen, so she put some more dilating drops in and had me sit in the lobby for about 15 minutes. She checked them again, I think she said with a different lens and said it looked fine. So she just gave me a new prescription for contacts and told me to call her if the problem got worse.

My left eye prescription stayed the same and the right went from -1.75 to -2.00.

I told my mom what the doctor said and she told me that my dad has problems with his retina. He's had a bunch of surgeries in the past and none have really fixed his problem, so I hope I don't have the same problem as him.

hmm... I think you may have CSCR (central serous chorioretinopathy). It's kinda strange that your prescription went up, instead of down.

I don't even want to guess what condition your dad has right now..

I forgot what it is that my dad has, he's told me before, but I don't remember. I just know his main problem is seeing night and has trouble with distances. It sucks when I drive him around at night because a car could be far away and I have plenty of space to merge in front of it, but he thinks it's a foot away and screams cause he thinks we're gonna wreck.
