Anybody have experience with Alienware systems?
was looking to get a new system and was debating between dell and alienware....alienware for it's gaming focus and dell cause i get a discount with them =) so i wasn't sure...you guys helped answer some questions and doubts for me though
Yeah, I know. But given the 72hr burn in, benchmarking and other quality checks - I can wait four weeks for a machine. We've had our share of DOA machines here at work. Building it myself would have taken about as long, probably. Anyway, the Alienware site states that if you buy one of their suggested configurations, they can ship in 2 to 3 days. I'm assuming the already put those machines together and tested them and just have them waiting around on shelves right now.
