I did this pic in Photoshop and thought myself pretty clever. I think it looks classy, what do you think?

LOL ..O.K. The almost watermark quality of the pic is good as it doesn't detract from the overlying text. The drop shadow adds a 3 dimensional effect which I like. The undulating road adds a strong sense of movement, heightened by the fact that the car is at an acute angle to the baseline. The overall choice of colours works well to create a harmonised piece that should work well.

C'mon creativity deserves encourgement

very classy. i don't like. too much of a distraction to have classy/flasy graphics on webpages i visit frequently.

I like it. Very Classy. Why not rotate the car pic with different colors cars (Kinda like how you rotate the sponsors)? That way everyone gets to see their favorite color car.
