i have, on multiple occasions, had vzw employees ask me if i'd like to make some retroactive changes to save money. you're def talking to the wrong rep.

yeah, their minutes and data plans are costlier than some, but my experience has been that their customer service + coverage make it worthwhile.

They wouldn't do anything. They F'd up and they try to make me pay for it. I dumped them and I went w/ AT&T, got a Blacberry instead. Been w/ Verizon since 98, NEVER going back to them.
