Wow that's not bad. With my lobster I had to do a 70% water change every other day, it was insane.

I'd be curious to get a micro reef for my office.

love aquariums! i was big into them a fewe years back. i had freash and saltwater setups. salt water required soo much attention and maintinence.

i had a hard time keeping it all balanced. maybe cause i loved having all the oddball fishes. also, starfish and coral in a tank do not mix.

thats is so bad ass. I wish i had the patience to maintain a tank. I had fresh water tank and i got sick of the fish dying on me and constantly washing the tank. how much did that setup set you back>?

buy good stuff. i have a 110 gallon tank with a filter sized for twice that and do a 30% water change and vac the gravel every three weeks or so, clean filter maybe 4 times per year. i should do it all more often but my tank isn't crammed with fish.

Heres my little 10 gal I have set up in the living room. Its grown out and the layout has changed slightly since this picture, but I haven't taken recent ones.

Nice tank. Here's mine.

30g before taking it down.

Moved to a 55g.

Can't find current pick but lost the SPS corals and now the 1 anemone I had became 20 over time. Pretty much now is a clownfish/anemone tank. Would like to go to a bigger tank (> 200g) someday.

the recent heat wave in san diego freaking nuked my tank, it was 109 degrees on monday followed by another 90 degree day, I lost about 5 big heads off my hammer coral, 3 heads off my neon green/pink tip frogspawn, 4 acan heads, and a few stalks of pom pom xenias. Before this, its been solid running tank for almost 3 years now.
