Default Anyone Here Watch Cash Cab?

Imagine taking a 42-block taxi ride in New York City and winning $3,000 cash along the way.

Three physics professors did so on last night's show.

Cash Cab is a game show on the Discovery Channel. The host drives a minivan taxi in New York City. When people get in he explains the rules: they'll win money for correctly answering general-knowledge questions along the way, but if they get three wrong answers - three strikes - they're out: they lose all their money and he kicks them out of the cab immediately.

It's a fun show. Anybody here ever watch it?

i have watched it a few times. the cheesy lights on the ceiling are pretty comical, but the show is rather entertaining on the occasions i stumble onto it.

Watched it a few times. Very entertaining for a few episodes but I can't see becoming a regular viewer. If you didn't know about the series wouldn't you freak out if your cabbie did that lights-and-music intro? I'd be thinking serial killer...

I've watched it a few times and trip out on how smart some of the people are that get in, some of the questions they ask are freakin hard. I once saw a group of older folks get in, 2 woman in their 50's along w/a male around the same age, road for 20 blocks and got every single answer right including the double or nothing question @ the end, and to top it off they didn't even use their "mobile shoutout" nor did they ask anyone on the street for help.

I enjoy this show when I stumble across it. I've always felt that the questions were very easy and much more approachable for the general public.
