I had never heard of that either. Hell, I never even heard of "eye vitamins".....I think that is just something those funny Californian's do.

I got instructions from the eye doctor on what to do and not to do but nothing like that was included.??
i've heard of carrots (beta carotene or whatever) being good for the eyes, but that's about it. not even sure what it does, exactly. i might've read about the vitamins and flaxseed oil too, but don't remember where. maybe i'll do some googling.

I am sticking with C_units ass being the better choice......

C_Unit FTW

What a strange group of people we have here - and I have a fairly easy job with nothing better to do, but cut and paste people's asses out of pictures.....

There is some hestitancy, in the eyecare community, regarding flaxseed oil for men, due to it's potential for prostate tumor growth.

prostate cancer! i don't want that.

yeah so i picked up a bottle of bausch & lomb's ocuvite for adults. it's the regular "eye vitamins", along with 2mg lutein and 100mg of omega-3 (but from fish oil, not flaxseed oil i believe). $11.99 for 50, 1/day. surgery is tomorrow!!
