NO!
I just came back from cozumel.
It was raining and slightly stormy 7 out of the 9 days we were there.
So, what's the best place to be when it's rainy? Well, 100 feet under the water where it's peaceful and fish going about their usual business.
So, we ended up with 7 beautiful diving days.
We are just so addicted at this moment, that we need to plan a shorter diving trip to ease our pain.
West palm beach is the closest acceptable site......so I'm soliciting all the info I can get on west palm beach.
