Fishing....is what he will do.
A small cabin is required. (for napping)
New or used, he doesn't want to spend more than 250k.
(since he wants to get a house to dock the boat as well)

Do you mean 25K or 250K.

If 250K then I would look at the formula 37 foot SS.

If you mean 25K then there are lots of boats to look at. I would check out D&R boats on RT 22 out towards bridgewater. They have a nice selection of boats and you won't have to drive all the way down the shore to look at them.

well, I wouldn't mind dumping money into a pit in the middle of the water for fun, but I'd rather do it wakeboarding and enjoying the scenery. to get a glipse of what the lake is like in Austin just click here.

Yeah baby, sorry Austin Powers is my hero. This is our Malibu Sunsetter LXI, its a fabulous wakeboard and skiboat, and has tons of room. As far as a cruiser its good depending on the water. If your in a big lake you might need something with a deeper V hull and you won't find one that skis as good as a direct drive boat. By the way 350 Monsoon G.M. engine with 325hp. It will pull your arms off. http://albums.photopoint.com/j/View?u=1456...5926&p=43574237

A buddy of mine has the same boat. And you're right. First ski of the year always starts with a face plant

very nice Nick! havent' seen a Malibu up close. Does it have baffles in the rear or something similiar to the Tige's TAPS system to elevate the wake?

I don't think I would need it for any more than an hour.

Schatten, Inbibing alcohol and boating. I'm shocked! Seriously, looks like a fun group and not an ugly woman in the bunch!

It has a fat sack where you would normally keep the skis under your feet. Works with a swithc on the dash. Also had "The Wedge", which you manually deploy under the swim platform, with both of these the wakes are hugh. And yes face plants are always painful, whether the beginning of the year or the end. I love when you fall so fast you don't have time to shut your eyes.
