[B]Yeah baby, sorry Austin Powers is my hero. This is our Malibu Sunsetter LXI, its a fabulous wakeboard and skiboat, and has tons of room. As far as a cruiser its good depending on the water. If your in a big lake you might need something with a deeper V hull and you won't find one that skis as good as a direct drive boat. By the way 350 Monsoon G.M. engine with 325hp. It will pull your arms off.

I had a Regal Jet Boat. It was a hell of a lot of fun until it started to go bad. Perfect for two/four people. You could run 50 mph in about 6 or 8 inches of water but you'd better not slow down until you had deeper water. I sold my jet boat, truck, and totaled Miata to buy the S2000.
Dude, what you need to rent is a 33' Scarab Excel w/ twin 454 hp Mercs. Sounds about 10 times better than a Harley, and it even has captains choice so you can adjust the amount of sound. Just a little bit of permanent experience here.
Go to a boat show. Remember they shrink when you put them in the water, go bigger than you think you need if you want comfort. You can never have too many cup holders. No matter what you buy, PLEASE take a safety course and learn the rules of boating.
