How about some recommendations from the crowd for a new mouse. I am in need of one at work...my current one is so small that my hand gets cramped.

seriously - that's why I moved to a track ball - it is big and you don't move the whole thing around - just the ball w/your thumb...

The TrackBall is cool but takes a little gettig used to. You can take a mouse apart and clean it and it will work like new for a while but this gets to be aggrevating after you do it 1000 f*ing times. If you want to stay with a mouse I would recommend an optical mouse, no problems with s*it getting caught in the ball and rollers.

I use this guy - still have to clean it out every once in a while, but when its your thumb rolling over the ball and not the ball rolling over the mouse pad, the ball doesn't get dirty anywhere near as fast.

Its the Logitech Trackman, and you can get it wired or wireless, and it has a perfect shape for the palm of your hand to cup (unlike Microsuck's trackball, which is flat). It isolates movement from your arm and wrist so there's no fatigue or carpel tunnel, and you can use it on any surface. its only for right-handed mousers, and I wish I could get this shape and design with more buttons though.
