I don't know about the Crest strips, but if you really want white teeth, visit your dentist and get some trays made for your teeth. Then ask where you can get American Dental Hygienics "Dental Whitening Gel" with 11% carbamide peroxide. Use that according to the instructions and your teeth will be whiter immediately. It's totally amazing stuff. You could probably find it on the internet, too. And you may be able to use generic trays, as well. I would do this way before screwing around with a program that takes weeks or months to work. Results are IMMEDIATE with this stuff. 30 minutes later your teeth are white.

Also, get the Sonicare electric toothbrush. That's the second best way to get your teeth whiter...

Sorry this will be a long a boring post and it is a copy from a web site, quickly if you have the time read the abstract.

But the gist is that the gels destroy your teeth in high long exposure doses you can take your teeth to such a level of hardness that they will crumble.

They are working pretty well so far. I decided to both the top and the bottom at the same time - even if they didn't work I'd be too lazy to send them back. I'll post more results in one week.

Actually, I have missed a few days here and there... I think I have like 7 days left. But so far it is a HUGE improvement. Definately better than spending $500 at the dentist.

Saw an article on MSN.COM that gave White Strips the best rating of the "do it yourself" products
