Is it appropriate to use an image of Hitler in your sig?

You have to be careful what rights you give up. They are hard to win back. I don't have a problem with Hitler's picture. To each his own. I have a right to not look at it but I won't deny someone's right to post it. That is inherently facist and much worse than a picture. Give your rights away but not mine. A picture of Hitler is no worse than a picture of any other facist, war monger, self segregationist, seperatist, racist of any color, politician or religious leader. It just so happens that the elements were just right for someone like Hitler to be all of the above. In today's "Politically Correct" environment many others are at least one of the above and probably will develope into all of the above. Once again, the environment is right for a Hitler to rise from the political primordial soup. There is a growing restentment out there. This reminds me of that high school back east where the Freshman kid wanted to start a Caucasian club in a school that had Asian, Chicano, Black, Jewish Etc clubs. She was chastised and labeled "insensitive" and harassed to the point that she had to change schools. This is what happens when our rights are given away by others. Where do people get their brains?
"Dude. Where's our country?" I personally didn't send my kids to school to learn any of this but I have to believe that none of that should be allowed in public schools unless they will allow and support the same rights for everybody and every culture and belief. Just like religion, culture clubs don't belong in public schools. No wonder these kids can't read or write.

Just something to ponder everyone. George Bernard Shaw once said, "the most dangerous words are the censored ones." I agree. Our founding fathers were nothing short of brilliant in understanding this concept.
