I really envy you Austin-area folks. I drove down there this morning to deliver a Toyota 4-runner to a client of my nephew. They live off of 1431 north of Austin. It was a beautiful place, overlooking Lake Travis from their deck and pool. Definitely to die for. Anybody here live around there? It looks like great sportscar country, too.

I saw Lime Creek Rd. I really love that area! When I'm down there again, lunch is definitely on me.

I love Austin... one of my goals is to try and move back there... it's such a beautiful town....

Austin envy? Try this, my wife is taking 8 or 9 of her managers to Austin for several days and I've got to stay home and dog-sit.
