Default AVI files

First question:

How can I connect 2 parts of an AVI file (I have downloaded Scooby Doo) and make it one continuous file

Second question:

How can I convert this file to work in a DVD player once I burn it to a CD

A) editing software like Videowave or Kinetix Combustion, dunno if you can splice two avi's like that together

b) Hmmm... for that, you'll probably have to get either a DVD burner or some software that converts AVi to DVD Digital files...

Hope this helps somewhat

If you are using Windows XP, the solution is already there. Use Windows Movie Maker to import the two AVIs and combine them.

Only trouble is, the output file will be a WMV, which requires the latest version of Windows Media Player (free upgrades for Windows 98 and ME can be downloaded from Microsoft) to view.
