Either way, are you just saying that if someone is threatening your family or your shit got stolen that you would just sit there and not call the cops? Don't lecture me in what you think is right and wrong, they are normal people like you and me who just happen to have to go through alot of shit every day. Obviously you buy into all the propaganda about how bad the system is. but where would you be without it. And if you hate it so much then help work to change it. These people risk their lives everyday. What do you do?
Clearly they enjoy enforcing unconstitutional regulations, if they didnt they would get a different job. i, like many cops have family to provide for, car payments to make, bills to pay, etc, i am able to do this without violating any ones rights. when someone stole shit from my car, i called the cops so they could attempt to catch the criminals, i didnt give the cops my info as i had no reason to be in contact with them after they looked at my car and left. when someone tried to break into my house, i grabbed my .45 and went outside, and didnt find shit, no reason to call the cops, they would have done the same thing i did. i have been and still am working to change the system, pretty much everything falls on deaf ears though. again, if cops had a problem with "risking their lives everyday", or violating rights that they swore to protect, they would find a new job,

i dont think 9/11 was done by the gov. i dont have a criminal history. you cant possibly argue that forcing people to pay for a false sense of protection is somehow not extortion. do you believe things that the government tells you? did you believe we would be out of iraq 13months after obama got in office? did you believe that they would cut wasteful spending? that we wouldnt put boots on the ground in Libya? this government is so full of BS.

Don't bring up politics where it doesn't belong, we're in Off Topic. There's another section for stuff like that.

Ok I guess we will agree to disagree. I expect the police to kick my door down any minute, violate my rights, and beat my lights out...

All i can say is that i am sorry you feel that way. Most of the Men and Women in Law Enforcement are genuinely good people. And just like everything else in life, there are really good people, and really bad ones. And no, I don't believe a single word that comes out of Obama's mouth. I can assure you that almost every cop out there doesn't either. Cops are an excellent example of you're damned if you do, and Damned if you don't. I also wasn't saying that you don't provide for your family. I was simply stating that they are doing what is necessary to provide for theirs.

wow. thats like blaming the bullet for killing your brother instead of the triggerman.
if you got a problem with what you're getting a ticket for, blame your law makers. they were the ones that decided you have to pay when violating their choices.

and your car pollutes, therefore, you enjoy destroying the ozone. if you didn't you should drive a car that doesnt.

a bullet has no choice in its path, once the shooter pulls the trigger, the bullet goes where the barrel is pointed, it cant think, it cant make decisions, it cant choose to not assist in a crime. cops on the other hand are capable of choosing their path, if a cop doesnt want to enforce unconstitutional laws, they can find a new job, or choose to ignore "violations" that are unconstitutional.

my s2000 hardly pollutes compared to my suburban, its not that i enjoy destroying the ozone layer, i just have no regard for it. so maybe it would be more fair of me to say that cops either; 1- enjoy violating peoples constitutional rights, or 2- have no regard for the constitution that they swore to protect.
