it is weird to get used to, but give it a month, it will break in. also, I really cant' sleep without one of those pillows... man I love those pillows!

btw, I got mine from one of the 'relax the back' stores, and 9 months later a chair there as well. they said if I had a doctor's note, I would get the tax back. I simply asked my chiropracter for a note and that was sufficient enough. =)

Try acupuncture if all else fails ... IMO it is a very credible alternative medicine that has helped me a great deal in the past.

As far as chiropractics go ... I don't have faith in most chiropractors for long term well-being.

I have the same problem in the same location!

Sitting at the computer for extended periods really aggrivates it! Stretches, heat, ice, massage all seem to help somewhat, but I find the best relief comes from Scotch!

The pain is reducing. I am just getting a dull deep ache, sort of makes me feel sick.
My wife has been applying Radion-b. This stuff is excellent, I can highly recommend it to anybody with muscular problems.
