You'll have to ban ALOT of places then... always make copies of your rebate submissions, spend the extra money for registered email and you'll get confirmation of delivery.
I'm still waiting for my Goodyear rebate but fortunately I have all the above to back up my rebate submission.
In the end, REBATES suck unless they are instant.
