the only thing that's going to beat the yankees is getting tired from running all those bases from hits...other than that i don't know what could possibly slow us down...a one man pitching staff sucks don't it folks...if only donnie baseball could be around to win with this team.
give him credit...he turned down a mercy ring from the yankees first championship when they offered him one and he would have had one had it not been for the strike shortened season

The only team I believe that can beat the Yanks are the Red Sox, only in a 5 game series where they have Pedro win 2, and then get one other win. Otherwise, it's going to be tough. That team is deep, except I'm not sure how good the pen is this year. Always very good in years past.

The Mets can NEVER get though the Braves when it counts.....to show I am fair, Yankees get the Braves when it counts!
Mets will not make it again past regular season.....just a fluke team with Mr "V" at the helm.
