Default Best Buffalo Wings You've Ever Had

I'm cooking some buffalo wings that I bought from Omaha Steaks (great wings if you've never had the chance to taste them) and I was wondering what the best buffalo wings you've ever had were. I travel a lot and would like to sample wings from as many places as I can.

My favorite buffalo wings right now are from a bar called PJ Whelihan's in Jersey. Great flavor and very meaty. What are your favorites and what makes them so good?

I'm no coneisseur, but a month back I was on a business trip with my boss in Sao Paulo (Brazil). We went to a Hooters one night with a few guys from the office, and my boss ordered the extra spicy wings.

One bite from the Brazilian guy, and he was red as lobster He had to drink a gallon on water to quench his thirst. Talk about being a weakling

I had a few wings, and they were pretty good (reasonably hot for my palette).

Buffalo wings were invented there.

I love their wings too, but yeah, I'm not sure if it's just the history.
Of course, but I thought maybe there was some story behind it.

The Chicken Hutch in NH was awesome, closed now though. Great meaty wings and fried just right, crunchy on the outside, moist and juicy on the inside.

For a chain Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty good. I like their sauces, especially the Asian Zing and Habanero something, and they have a million TV's with every game on.
