Best Buffalo Wings You've Ever Had
For the record, I think anything including the words "garlic" or "mango" is NOT a buffalo wing.
Wings are what you get with fire-hot sauce at your local pub. Not something that gives you a choice of flavor and hotness.
This is like asking who has the world's best hotdog and naming a 4-star restaurant. No thanks, give me the Chicago-themed place with checkerboard tables.

north star tavern in reisterstown, md (i used to work there, only 1 kind of sauce....buffalo hot sauce
the owner was originally from buffalo
), bill batemans (chain restaurant in this area, but still has good wings and multiple sauces)
and if i'm going for a non traditional tasty wing sauces then it's buffalo wild wings hot bbq
oh and i'm not a bleu cheese fan. i usually always get ranch

Hero's in downtown Fullerton has some pretty good wings. They are a bit hotter than most people enjoy however- the bartended said he still has never tried one.

I've never had their wings, tho. Looks like I'll have to order some up next time. S2K Wings Meet @ Hero's?
My current vote, tho, goes to Wings N Things in Huntington Beach. I used to spend every Wednesday there for their Wing Wednesday special. Lots of beer and lots of wings... you can't beat it.
