Hero's in downtown Fullerton has some pretty good wings. They are a bit hotter than most people enjoy however- the bartended said he still has never tried one.

I like Sliders in Plainville, CT. 13 different flavors, many of them excellent.

2 vote so far for BW3s?

You guys need to get out more. Thats like people calling Papa John's the "best pizza in town".

There aren't too many good wing places in Cinci, but in Tipp City Ohio (North of dayton), Hinders wings are the best I have had. It's a tangy sauce, not that hot, but everyone I bring there says that they are hands down the best wings they have had.

Found a few good wings places near Greensboro/Highpoint NC. I can't remember the names of the resaraunts though.

Buffalo Wild Wings - Mango Habanero is an AMAZING flavor. It has taken over the number one flavor from Spicy Garlic.

BUT...the best wings I've ever had are the Hot Wings at Copper Creek Brewery in Athens Georgia on Thursday night. I will fly back to Georgia one day just to visit Copper Creek and get those amazing wings and some amazing beer...

Rafters in Amherst, MA. Meaty, crispy but not dry. Quite flavorful unlike most who just dump hot sauce all over them.

Best bargain wings - Black Bear in Hoboken NJ. Dunno if they still have the tuesday bucket of wings and pitcher deal for $11 anymore, but it was definitely a good reason to trek over the river for.

Anchor Bar in Buffalo. Maybe it was the history but damn those were great.
There's 3 places in Buffalo all claiming to be the originator of Buffalo wings. My boss has tried all three, and says each of 'em has made some contribution to the "generic" formula the rest of us all eat.

That said, I have no favorite place for wings. . .

I tend to like a dry(ish) fried wing. The ones at BW3 are mass fried and then covered with a sauce of your choice. My preference is for something that has some cooked in flavor.

Comparing BW3s to wings is like comparing Z28s to sports cars.
