Default Best Movie Car Chase Ever.........

After watching Ronin last weekend for about the sixth time, I have to say that the second big car chase through the streets (and tunnels) of Paris has to be the best movie car chase ever filmed.
There were no special effects used, it was all 'as it happened'.
The look of terror on Robert De Niro's face says it all

What do you guys think ?

Wow, when I read the thread topic, I thought... "If nobody suggests "Ronin", I'm gonna have to tell 'em!"

I agree too with Ronin even over the venerable Bullit chase scene.

I guess I need to see that movie. So far, the one I liked best is "Gone in 60 seconds."

I haven't seen Ronin either, yet. It's gotta be good to top Bullitt though. There was a great movie in the early seventies called Vanishing Point there wasn't a best chase scene, because the whole movie is a chase scene. The cops chased a hemi Dodge Challenger from Denver to the California border and it actually had a plot of sorts. That has to be the best car movie ever. If you can find it, try it, you'll like it.
