usually the hotel you're staying at offers coupons to the show they are hosting, but other than that i haven't seen too many coupons available if any at all.
a few of my favorite shows were:
Ka (Cirque show at MGM, very odd, but very thought provoking and ingenious)
Blue Man Group (seen it here at the Charles Playhouse a number of times, but always a good show)
Mystere (Cirque show at TI)
All of them are pricey, but worth it for a memorable night in vegas IMO.

Blue Man group is now at Venetian. There are these booths that sell same day 1/2 price tickets. Pick up a LV weekly guide, I am sure you will see the ads.
If you walk around long enough you will get offers to go and listen to a timeshare sales pitch and they will offer you free show tickets and dinner buffets. It will cost you two hours of your holiday time. We got two tickets to see Jubilee and two buffet vouchers for Harrahs for this inconvenience. Jubilee, I guess, is an "adult" show - topless showgirls - it's pretty lame IMO. If I had to pay to see it I would be bummed.

I saw "Mystere" and also "Showgirls of Magic"
the last time I was in Vegas. The former was pretty enjoyable, but uuummm I'd suggest skipping the latter. There was some good T&A in it, but not much else.
