Haha, it would seem that way but there are much more factors to consider other than location. If all things were equal then I would pick Pasadena hands down but as I mentioned early these options offer different pros/cons.
IMO it's pretty easy given the pros/cons listed!

You can't move to CA until you convince 2 people to leave.

Sorry, it's the law.

I'm going to school in a southern state and I can't wait to get back on the West Coast.

I picked JPL because I think it might look better on a resume in the future.

Assuming all job-related criteria are equal, move to Cali. I wish I'd moved out there for a few years after undergrad... Beats This corner of the country hands-down.

Congrats on graduation.

I'd trade 100 Californian non contributors for him.

you should weigh out your pros and cons on your own, don't let strangers tell you what to do

Thanks for that useful and insightful contribution!

But I LOVE letting strangers make decisions for me, thats why I handed my savings account to that Nigerian prince! Hes such a great guy.

Yes its expensive in cali, but there is really no question in my mind. Southern California is the best place in the world. I hate to encourage more liberals to come here, but one more isnt going to change anything.
