they guy that go whacked in the head was released from the hospital he later died that night at home from head trauma.. i think it was bleeding in the brain or something like that...

The guy is in jail for murder. Life long sentence I believe. Good.

Where's the source of that information? I wouldn't be surprised since they were heavy blows to the top and behind of the cranial. I'm surprised the victim could even get up from such heavy blows. I thought he'd be knocked out for sure. One thing about humans, our heads could not take much abuse.
