WTF you mean the video of him BEATING THE SHIT out of the guy wasnt enought to go to court with ?... Did the DA think he/she was going to lose!?!?! this is just sad!

 

this was posted on another forum like 8 months ago and even then it was a month old. so just to say that its really old i dun exactly remember but it was on some obscure message board where someone had lived in the same city. as well as it was on a new channel web page

 

I don't see how someone could repeatedly bash someone in the head with a skateboard that hard and -not- know the outcome is going to be either permanent damage or death. The kid, unless under the influence of some drug/alcohol, should have know full well the damage he was doing to the guy and therefore should get the maximum punishment, which in my eyes would be 25-life.
