Well im trying to sell the CR due to i need a truck for all the side jobs i do for extra cash. Now i was thinking i will miss the fun factor but than i thought why not get a bike to replace the CR thats a lot cheaper and i think it would be just as fun. What due u guys that ride think compared to the S. I hate to see my CR go but i can't afford it and a truck and i do side jobs like moving and yard work and i really could use a truck for this im looking into tacomas right now. thanks for any help

While I don't know a whole lot about street bikes, I've been riding dirt bikes for a few years, and to be honest, if the weather was nice and I had to choose between driving my S and riding a bike, I'd choose riding the bike.

Since you'll have the truck for practical things, a bike would be good for times when you just want to get from point A to point B, or just feel like riding and don't even have anywhere you have to go.

Check out the Bike Talk forum, I'm sure those guys would be more qualified to give you an opinion with regard to street bikes.

Bikes are more fun; but guess what, also much, much more dangerous.

no,...the S is great cuz you can cruise without having leathers on and helmet head when you are trying to talk smooth with the ladies.
after riding my roommates bike around for a month or so i decided against one of my own

I used to ride a Honda CBR.... I personally think the S2000 is more fun.

1) don't have to wear a helmet
2) don't have to wear all kinds of protective gear
3) don't have to worry as much about others pulling out in front of you
4) It's hard to lay down a car
5) don't have to be too concerned with the weather, you can always put the top up if it starts to rain

these are just some of the points that make an S2000 more fun to me than a bike. A lot less worries in an S2000, just get in crank, drop the top,

Bikes are more fun then anything you can possibly buy comparable to the s2k. But its 1000 times for dangerous.

He speaks wisdom.

I had a sport bike for a while, and to be honest, it got very boring, very quick. Sure it was fast as ####, but i that's not it for me.

I like to be able to ride a sunny day in my car in shorts and a tshirt without a stuffy helmet on and what not.

Try a bike, but be warned they are much more dangerous and no one watches for you.
