Is a bike as fun as the S2000

when I bought the s2000, I figured it was about 75% of the fun I could have on a bike, with about a 95% less chance of me killing myself.

Its kind of like why people don't understand that you can daily drive a 2 seater roadster that has less sound deadening than a Yugo, and enjoy every second of it.
Be forewarned though, it is not for everyone and you may find you don't enjoy it as much as you think.

Bikes hands down, cages are for sissies.
I have a few. A liter bike for the track and the canyons ( if you buy a sportbike and don't track it why buy one) . Dragging a knee in the corners is what separate the men from the, here is twenty bucks Mr DMV man can I be a "driver"? Spinning the rear tire off a corner praying for traction will get your heart started quick.
One of my other bikes that I have had for a long time is a Turbo Busa. 0 to 150 mph in about 7 seconds depending on grip, street legal on pump gas. Nuff said. The bike and turbo ran me about $20K years ago. 211mph at El Mirage Dry Lake Bed timed by the SCCA. Nothing on the street can touch you.
Once again cages are for sissies.

A standard or cruiser maybe, but never on a sport bike.
