You guys crack me up. You definitely need military/specials forces/secret service/et al experience to get a job with blackwater or the other security contracting firms.

You guys think they're going to pay $130k+/year to a dude who has barely shot a gun and doesn't know the first thing about security/protection techniques? hahaha...

Blackwater actually does provide training after they hire you, but I don't know how much you need to have at first.

My advice? Don't do it. There are safer ways to make money. Besides, all of these politicians going on about private contractors. They might get shut down before you can even get hired.
