$65K isn't that much money...I would do a little more digging as anyone with the motivation has the ability to make that much money without risking their life.

blackwater if i recall Dick Cheney runs the BW security group

Plus like the other guys have said i think you do have to have previous SF experience

i.e. seals, para-rescue, delta etc...
