Hey boys and girls just decided to make thread dedicated to gym nuts like me just curious if theres any other maniacs on here. Saw another thread where someone asked a question about body building and figured why not put one together for those who love it. Feel free to talk about whatever meaning supplements, routines, questions, etc. Currently im pretty stoked about the new pre-workout that animal released yesterday called animal rage(theres already alot of great reviews about it). Im currently cycling off pre-workouts for now considering my tolerance is so high and will be picking this up in a month or so. Currently I take Iso-100 protein, Tag glutamine , 1mr(preworkout) and hemavol pills. Cheers

Ever used assault pre-workout from muscle pharm? I'm currently using assault and nx-6 before workouts, and I am not really feeling the effects say as good as buzzerk gave me. I might have to try this animal next time?
No I never tried it although it was one of the top preworkouts I wanted to try. Ive heard alot of good reviews about it only downfall seemed that it was a bit pricey. If you have been on preworkouts for a while then lay off it for 3-4 weeks and come back. So far one of the best pre's that I have taken has been maximize v2 from iforce decent price around 40 bucks and it packed an incredible kick from start to finish felt like I was on cocaine. I liked it cause it didnt use insane amounts of caffeine like jacked does to give you all that energy. For insane vascular pumps the pills im taking now from iforce called hemavol are insane. I only take them on bi/back days and chest/tri days and let me tell you your skin feels like its going to rip when you do a bicep curl. I think they were like $42 and it comes with 160 capsules and you take 5 each workout, so they last a while and I truely believe there worth every penny.

I did cycle off of my last pre-workout which was buzzerk. I loved it but it was just wayyyyy too expensive which is why i decided to try Assault. It really wasn't too badly priced, I purchased it for about $40 i think, which is about half of what buzzerk is. But I haven't been impressed so far. Sounds like your iforce pills your taking though are a much better deal than what I am using, NX-6. They work great, but might have to try what your using next time due to the price.
yeah, gym nut here. ive never really cycled pre-workouts. always just switched it up. jack3d some days and the good ole N.O explode on the other days. ive tried MANY of the older pre-work outs and none of them really hit if for me. Currentley taking, jack3d and syntha 6. 4 solid meals a day. 7oz meat, 20-100 grams of carbs per meal depending on time of year. just recentley shed 22 lbs.

I've been using jack3d this past week however, is it normal to break out in sweat randomly? My body would heat up by itself and I would start sweating a little bit. Also, I can't seem to sleep once I've taken jack3d. Possibly the caffeine but I took it around 4pm and worked out hard until 6:30ish? Stil couldn't fall asleep until like 4am. I take 1 and 1/2 scoops because 1 didn't do anything for me.
Oh and I recently began lifting seriously and taking protein + supplements after workouts and eating right. I've been half assing it throughout high school and most of college but now I want to see results so doing it right this time.

Im not gunna lie to you I have fat genes so im always hot and sweating but I believe preworkouts do make you sweat more then usual. Ive never tried jacked but theres alot of caffeine in there and thats part of the reason that I stayed away from it. You should be able to goto sleep at 12 if you wanted to with only taking 1 1/2 scoops of that though especially after a hard 2 1/2 hr workout. Is this your first preworkout? How big are you? This all plays a factor into it.
