Yeah this is my first pre sup. but I drink caffeine on a daily basis so I don't know why I can't sleep at night. I'm 5'11 145 lbs. I don't mean sweat while i'm working out, I sweat during the middle of the night while I'm sleeping. While I was trying to fall asleep around 2am, i noticed my body temp. rose and started sweating a little bit. It also happened when i was just browsing the internet around 11pm.

Hey I read around and it seemed like alot of people have the same issue of uncontrollable sweat when taking jacked. If you take alot of caffeine ontop of jacked theres the reason why its so difficult to sleep. http://www.jack-3d.com/side-effects did a lil research for you

LOL You're dumping stimulants into your body way more potent than caffeine and you're wondering why you can't sleep?

I'm about to start my new diet, and old routine + introduce some kettlebells. I've already shaved off 13 lbs this week w/o cardio, so now it's time to start making some lean mass.

1MR is similar to Jack3d but has a couple extra ingredients. I used to "love" NO Xplode and now I laugh at it. 1MR is amazing, every guy I sell a tub to goes ape the first time they use it and love it.

Im a pretty dedicated gym rat, I've been going 5-6 days a week for the last 4 years solid, they only time I've gone more than 2 days without gyming has been when I've been on vacation. Im an endorphine junky.

Jacked has other ingredients that are synergenic with caffeine that will activate it in your body in ways that straight caffeine wont. Also, a scoop of jacked has the same amount of caffeine as 5 cups of coffee, so its not really the same as what a normal person would consume in a normal day. Coffee can actually put me to sleep now that im so used to the amounts of caffeine in my PWO's. I make sure I never take PWO's past 5 PM if I want to sleep before midnight.

Jordan do you own your own company or rep for someone? I think 1mr's a good preworkout but have stopped taken it for the last 5 days since ive decided I need to cycle off. Preworkouts are like drugs to me and right now im just going to shoot for staying off them for 2 weeks cause a month would be pretty rough. Right now its just alot of loud music and motivation thats getting me through my killer workouts.

Not a fan of the Jack3d, mainly because of the caffeine. Usually half a serving of n.o.xplode is plenty for a good 1 hour workout for me.

I've used NO shotgun for months and always got really, really good results with that. Just switched to 1M.R. to cycle since i was getting used to the shotgun and can't feel any difference when i take it and don't take it. I may try Jack3d and see if thats any better.

chopper nomatter what preworkout it is you have to cycle off them completely for about 2-4 weeks after a while or else your tolerance becomes higher and higher. Once you go back on after cycling off you will feel it again. I was having the same problem with my 1mr and to feel a get a good pump id have to take 2 scoops which is not recommended and probably very bad for you. Im a pwo junkie so its been hard but Ive been off for a lil over a week only thing thats helpin me is that ive been sick as shit which has made it difficult to go the last few days.

So after 2 weeks of being off pwo's I bought caution by xcl and must say this is some of the strongest stuff I have ever taken. After being deathly ill for a week, went to the gym today took 2 scoops and my hemavol. For the first hour I was pumped just my body felt like total shit cause I was sweating a cold out, after an hr I felt like I just got there and my body was tingling. After a solid 2 hr workout I just wanted to keep going although my bi's couldn't lift a goddamn thing, very happy finally something that makes me feel nuts again @ the gym!
