Casual.

I use to lift hardcore back in highschool. Now that school has robbed me of my time I barely have anytime but I just started working out last week. Work out plan consist of 4 days a week 1hr each day. I do cardio and weights. I don't do heavy weight because I don't want to look big I just want to be lean and cut. I'm 5'7 @ 135lbs. I don't want to gain anymore weight. I think i'm at a good weight right now. I just need to get more cut.

Been Lifting for about 4 months ,seen some decent gains but I am trying to cut some fat,I'm 5'11" about 183lbs and 19%BF...would like to see 12-14% by this summer.

I'm coming from about 275lbs which I weighed when I was 17,now I am 23.

I am the same way. I eat like a garbage disposal and don't gain a pound. For anybody, results take time and you can't expect anything to happen over night. Lifting to get big takes a long time when going natural. Diet has a huge impact, which many people over look. If your diet sucks and is not targeted for your workout you will not get the full benefit.

Lifting on and off for about 6 years. Lift 5 days a week for about an hour each time. Started at 5ft6 around 130lbs and got up to 185lbs (dirty bulk) then decided to cut down to 165lbs (now). Probably gonna cut down a bit more to get some ab definition and then clean bulk up again. I don't know what my overall goal is yet. I don't have the overall genetics (esp. legs) to compete so I won't be doing that.

I did hit a 300lb bench @ 165lb bodyweight though.

I use to be the same way. I found only way I gain is to maintain a consistant high calorie diet.

I use to eat like a garbage disposal but then I found I still wasn't getting enough calories according to fitday.com

Now I try to maintain a 3000+ calorie per day diet and i'm gaining may be 1-2lbs a week.

I'm pretty hard core now too. I keep weight journal, diet journal, and exercise journal. all three combined is giving me a significant improvement.

I'm no means by all natural though. I take prohormonal suppliments, creatine, and NO.

none of the hard core stuff like roids, only legal suppliments.
