those are some of my effects and my vox ac30.... i play a fender american tele...(the best guitar ever made imo)....

 

The Rg470 is nice but for some reason it feels like it has a thicker neck than my friends jackson and heavier to me.

 

Acoustic guitars are my passion. I DID own a '60 Les Paul Special that was stolen. My collection now consists of two Guilds . . .one 6 string built in Westerly, Rhode Island and one 12 string under the Madeira marquee. I also have an Alvarez Yairi (circa 1972) that is literally falling apart. The glue has finally lost it's adhesion and the nut fell off. My Guild 6 string is a representation of absolute beauty and tone. I had it built to my specs and opted for subdued appointments. It has no bling appeal and was constructed to replicate a vintage tone. Tone wise, it is nearly identical to a Gibson Hummingbird, although the Guild has a more "pronounced" low "E" . It is extremely sensitive to string quality and gauge. Elixir and DR are my strings of choice.

it's a hobbie....I like messin w/ the look and feel.....one more thing to do while sitting in the home office.....I am sure I use it more than any other visitor......again thnx.......I like your guitar(the pic in this thread)....it looks like it has ivory binding like my Charvel/Jackson Soloist does......is it neck through design like mine?
