Breast Implants VS. S2000?
Maybe this is harsh, but if she wants boobs and you're not married, I think she should pay for them. Then again, I'd be pretty nervous about the surgery. Just too much stuff that can go wrong.

Since you asked, I say no way for the breast implants. For myself (12 years with the same woman), I have never understood why women do this excluding legitimate reasons such as after breast cancer surgery, etc. They wont make your relationship stronger and if larger breasts make a difference in the way people react to your fianc

I actually just had a similar discussion with my lady after watching some "videos" recently. She is also a B cup but she is only 5' and barely a 100 pounds. We went back and forth on the pros and cons and like most have said in this thread, the cons def outweigh the pros.
Its a shame that our society puts so much pressure on women and that most of them are never secure enough in themselves to realize their own beauty. Plastic surgery is only a temporary high that only will open the door to more surgerys down the road. A can of worms better not to open.
