i say get the car. if she's not happy about the way one part of her body looks now, then goes and has surgery to fix it, she'll probably find another part of her body that she doesn't like and will want to fix that too. i hear with plastic surgery, like tattoos, once you get one, you're most likely going to get another one.
a big part about wanting implants is that the girl is insecure because of the way our society depicts desirable, attractive women and what woman doesn't want to be those things? you should keep convincing her that you think she's perfect the way she is and don't want her to venture into something that's dangerous to her health and regret it later.

i dont understand why your girl wants bigger breasts if you're getting married soon. if she was single and wanted attention from the guys, then its ok. but with bigger boobs, shes going to have a lot more strangers staring at her thinking of nasty thoughts.
be aware.

Ok, I have to chime in on a couple of things...
1) Breast augmentation does not always lead to more surgery.
That's a myth. Women don't face anymore pressure then man, we just have different aspects that "society" says are ideal. For men, we're supposed to have a 6-pack, broad shoulders and big calfs, etc. The difference is, men can go to a gym and work their butts off to attain the ideal wheras women are stuck with the same breast size (give or take)
2) Not every women that wants augmentation is a good canidate for it. I've dealt with the augmentations after breast cancer surgery and there are definate factors that come into play when choosing augmentation vs. reconstruction i.e. using a muscle flap to recreate the appearance of a breast. One of these is body type. In my experience, the women that have poor cosmetic results are the thinner, athletic body type (Victoria Beckam). They don't have much fat to begin with and so the augmentation is much more visable i.e. you can see the outline of the bag. Crocky, your GF is pretty thin and a C cup could go either way...it would be dicey.
We men can't understand the attachment women have to their breast. I've operated on older women for breast cancer and they will go to extreemes to either save their breast or get reconstruction. You really can see a difference in the way they act from the time they have the mastectomy(breast removal) till their reconstruction is complete. Most of the time its night and day. Again, these are older women, that are not on the prowl and past any "influece of society". Its a body image thing that men can't undestand...plain and simple.
