If you want to go on here saying the same rules apply to the forums and status updates then moderate the forums accordingly.
Status bars are meant for quick, opinion based conversation just like the hotties, backlot etc sections are meant for whatever they are meant for.
People have to actively click on the comments section of a status to read them, just like one has to click on the hotties tab to go see almost naked chicks on there.

No harm to people can be done from typing behind a computer screen, but lack of membership can certainly hurt a corporations bank account, I guess for them at the end of the day its a business decision, to weigh out membership lost by potentially offending someone, or membership lost buy deleting those in the cross hairs first. Choose wisely s2ki.com is all I can recommend.

Like the admins "claim" to have no financial motivation from this site, I find very hard to believe... And since they receive no compensation, they have nothing to lose from policing it into the ground and shoving fascism down everyone's throat. I love how some of them "enforce" the very rules they often break as well, but its a-ok if you got that admin badge.
