It's popular ? Only because because people are trying to be trendy and hip and convince others of how tolerant they are of others races. I think it it stinks and wouldn't touch a house that had that smell. Changing paint carpets and scrubbing the cabinets won't take the smell away. It's in the bones of the house. I was a house flipper in 96 and I never bought a dog owners house or a Indian/Korean owned place too much hassle to clean the stink up.
