I have a good feeling about this

As soon as you post them, I'll see if there is any information in the file.

Most likely there won't be any EXIF data in the pics if they were uploaded onto myspace or similar site.....but since you say she has pictures that you took and never uploaded on the web then that pretty much tells you she stole your camera right??

You can always and try to see if the exif data still exist even on the modded file of the original. You won't need the original file, just post one up here anyways. Every time I edit pictures, the exif is still attached since I don't bother removing it.

yea... but i also think i sent them to the other "friend" awhile back... so she could say that she just got them from her. but i doubt it. i think 1 or 2 of the pictures i never even sent to that friend. i guess it doesn't even matter anyway... even if i can confirm that she stole it, what am i doing to do about it?..............

okay, so here are HER pictures (her name is ashley...)

it's her kid... she's a cutie. too bad her mom is a slut/thief.

here's some pictures that I took personally with my camera before it was stolen... just to compare, i guess:

here's a link to myspace...
http://www.myspace.com/alexus4 ]Her Myspace[/URL]
if you go into her pictures the older pictures towards the top are all bad quality... then as soon as it gets to the pictures of her and the blondie, they're suddenly better quality. the better quality pics didn't get posted until about a month after my camera got stolen. that would have given her time to order the replacement USB cord and battery charger.

Here's her photobucket... click.
pg. 1 has a picture with me and her in it... one of the pictures on my memory card, and pg. 2 has more pictures from that trip. there's one that has me in it... and a couple others.

whatever, this is dumb that i'm even wasting my time on this. i should just move on and know that karma will get the best of her eventually if it hasn't already. afterall, i was born with class and she's destined to be some ghetto-trick baby's-mama who steals people's hard-earned possessions.

and just 'cause you guys were expecting naughty pictures...

there's one for you. lol...

I looked at both the Myspace pictures and the Photobucket pictures and all the EXIF data was stripped.

See if you can get her to send one of the originals. Tell her that on photobucket the pictures is really small, and ask her if she has a bigger copy of it. Maybe that will still have some of the data.

Oh, and Thanks for that naughty pic.

Tough luck. Well when you see her again, just simply jack it back from her if she happens to have it. I have a camera that I love too much and I'd definitely be pissed off if someone I knew jacked it from me. As for your next camera, get a Canon Powershot S80.

Fwiw, if you have the owner's manual or ever registered the camera, you'll might have the serial number - next time there is a party or you know she'll be somewhere, I'd look for the camera and see if the serials match between your lost camera and her camera. If they do, you can just call the cops or threaten to if she doesn't give up the camera. If other people take pictures of her, maybe they'll capture her camera in a shot - if you see it that might help you too.
