So I bought this Breitling watch 6 months ago. For those of u who dont know, they can be very pricey! The authentic ones go for atleast $200-$30K! I bought one off ebay from a guy in another country for only $80 US dollars thru paypal. He never said if it was a replica or authentic. Anyways, I just now sold it on ebay for $1400.00!!!! Im pretty sure its a replica, but I never stated in the auction if it was a replica or authentic. Im not for sure to be honest! But I did word my description good to make sure I was in the clear, stating it was a breitling, but I never said if it was a replica or not. So can I get screwed if this guy reports me, or am I safe and will ebay be on my side since I technically never stated if it was authentic or not? I also stated all sales final and feel free to ask questions, so bidders can ask me if it was authentic. Am I safe guys? Can ebay automatically take out $1400.00 from my account if they feel I ripped him off? But I really dont feel I lied! He could of asked me, and I would have said Im not sure if its authentic. Sure looks real though! Just no serial number to prove its authentic. By the way, the winning bidder lives in Germany.
