Can I get out of this Ticket?

You can show up in court and plead not guilty if you'd like, but the fact that there's no fine on the ticket is completely meaningless. They don't throw out tickets for minor clerical errors... that's an urban legend more or less.
Alot of times now, its actually digital and you will get bitch slapped when you show up to the Queer of the Circuit Court to pay or contest.
I say fight it, **** them, it will cost them more and they will loose the profit if you fight it. Costs them to pay the OT pig to testify against you, and for that hour or 3 thats lost time hes not writing more tickets. So if you fight, you win either way.

I love how the old phrase was "You did the crime, now do the time."
But the S2ki version is: "You did the crime, now bitch and whine."

just talk to the prosecuting attorney and ask for adjudication or diversion or whatever they call it there. You pay the fine and promise to do it again for at least a year, and it stays off your record and goes away entirely in a year.
