Can Play Station suppliment for the real thing?

All you that packed your car away in a nice dry garage possibly heated with a fuzzy car cover on it till all the snow goes away. Can you play GT 2 to suppliment your S2000 fix?
Or for Greg its under 2 feet of snow with a fuzzy car cover on it!

Actually, it's no substitute but is a lot of fun. I bought GT2 last winter and I still enjoy playing it.
