Default Can you pay a paypal account without pp account?

I don't have a paypal account and don't ask me why.. but I was wondering if there is a way to pay someone else's paypal account without having a paypal account.

I'm not exactly sure. The seller sets it up and gives the buyer a link to follow. You can pay with a credit card like any other website.

Stop asking Ebay and Paypal questions on here. Why don't you ask Ebay and Paypal directly or at least read their FAQs?
