It was a joke.
But the truth is, Canada is weaker than the U.S. in lots of ways. Then again, what country isn't?!!

I was just trying to keep this thread from going in the direction it looked like it might head.
Weaker militarily, yes.
Unfortunately I don't believe the measure of a nations worth is solely based on the size of their military and how eager they are to use it.
I'm wondering in what ways you find them to be weaker?
Raw resources? No.
Economic stability? No.
Intellectually? No. I'd say a tie at best.
Standard of living? No.
Health care? No.
Crime? No.
And by the way, unless we use our nukes, which they would then also use, a terrific argument could be made for naming China your "what country isn't.'
And they are just getting off the ground.

Of course, Isaac Brock did give the USA a beat down the last time they tried to invade Canada.

Now, I don't think we'd beat them again but still...it is nice to point to the past.

Man, that was in the very early 1800s, when the U.S. was barely a baby.
You don't think? It would be like a child fighting against Superman.

And we torched the White House.
Haha!
