Default Canada VS United States

I really don't care if this tread (<-- that was a typo but I let it stick for additional gear-grinding) causes little battles, I think it'll be interesting what people think are the differences between the cultures, products on the market, etc.

Item #1: Far too few places in the US know what the hell a Caesar is (the drink).

Item #2: Canada is far too accepting of immigrants coming and wanting to combine only the most convenient privileges and rights from both Canadian and their foreign cultures; To a point, you come here because you like it better than back home for one reason or another. Don't come here and decide you can kill your wife because she bared a leg in public because it's acceptable where you come from. It's not okay here.

Absolutely agree. I can't think of another country where you come to live, but the country has to change it laws/bylaws/policies etc. to fit YOUR beliefs. It's ridiculous. If you came into my house wearing your shoes and said "it's ok, I do it at home", I would throw your dumbass out.

One thing I can't stand about Americans is how ignorant most of them are about the rest of the World. Is it that hard to figure out where in the world you guys are going to war this time? or where you allies' countries are? or WHY they're your allies?

Canada has tougher cowboys that the US, but the cowboys in the US don't believe it.

Canada has a Grand Prix; the US does not.
