Have you ever watched this guys show?
Nothing really "politically incorrect" with him, but watching him is totally irritating! He's a Chinese guy raised in Ohio, who went to Yale, cooking with French and Japanese ingredients. More power to him for all that, but EVERY TIME this guy names a French or Japanese ingredient, it makes me cringe! He comes of as totally conceited, while butchering the pronounciation at the same time.
I guess you have to watch the show to know what I mean...Just my lame opinion

I took an asian IQ test that a friend sent me for fun and got like 6 of 12 right. Basically, it's 12 pics of asians and you're supposed to guess if they're Chinese, Japanese, or Korean. The average was 5 of 12. Oh well, I must suck at recognizing who's what.
