I'd definitely be interested in hearing more about some of guys' workout advice.
When I hit the gym, I usually go to a Pilates class or a High Intensity cardio class (those are fun!) My main goal is to get lean and thin muscles. I'm about 5'3'' and I weigh 145. I'm naturally muscular so any extra weight I can get off of my frame is going to be great. My ideal weight is 135. I used to weigh 155 but I have kept that 10lbs off for close to a year. I believe I have hit the "wall" at 145lbs, so I think if I want to lose any more I will really have to push myself. I'd like to start swimming again and trying the HIIT like some of you mentioned. I am a 25 y/o female.

Running and Cycling, but also DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION!!!!!!
Nerdy but fun and intense when you get good at it. If you can survive "Max 300" on the difficult level you have superman level heart and lungs.

And you can even aspire to look like these goons.

I found that your diet has more to do with weight loss than anything else. From the sound of things you already workout a good amount, so you just need to look into what your eating and maybe change that up a little bit.

Also if you don't do it already start with some weight training. It's a great way to burn off fat and get a toned look. I personally do 3-4 days of weight training a week. I do two exercises for each muscle group everytime I weight train.

cool, thank you. Yes, diet is how I lost most of the weight. I fell off track there for a little bit but i'm getting back into it. I saw 143 one time but somehow after that I slipped up...I don't do any weight training. I do power pilates, that incorporates some weights.. I try to stay with 10lb and under dumbells.

If your into classes look for some sort of strictly weight training class to do a couple of times a week. I know of one called BodyPump which is actually pretty good. A switch in your exercise routine should help you get past the plateau your at now.

Since I am tall (6'1) and slender (175) I just do basic work outs.

I start on the Eliptical and do 30 Minutes. 4 minutes at standard pace and then 1 minute as fast as I can. I notice my heart rate jumps 30-40 bpm. This way I'm not doing the same old thing and my heart doesn't get use to the work load.

Then I jump on the bike and select a uphill routine.

After all is said and done I do some laps in the pool.
