I was on the phone this afternoon with our track rental supervisor for Monday's S2KCA track day at Laguna Seca. He was standing down by the start finish line on his cell phone while talking to me.

There were a variety of CART cars at the track today and it was great to hear them streaking past over the phone. Winter in the midwest means no racing in this area and I can't wait until Spring and the first trip to the track!

Luckily I get to go to Laguna this Monday and see 50+ S2000 flying around the track. It will be a good racing fix - for awhile!

Aw, come on now, ElTianti, CART has a new President - Chris Pook, new Marketing Director, Communications, and basically a whole new Exec. board. This year will be a turn-around year for CART. Besides, I'm trying to help them. I want to produce a documentary that gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look at CART racing. THINK POSITIVELY!
